Privacy Policy: National Home
Management Solutions (NHMS) neither sells nor gives your private information to
any other party without your express permission.
Refund,
Transfer, and Postponement Policy: Through its partners, such as DSUniversity, NHMS endeavors to provide
up-to-the-minute content taught by the most experienced, accredited instructors
at locations that are both convenient and cost-effective for our participants.
The goal is to achieve the lowest possible prices while maintaining the highest
standards of educational quality. If a registered participant cancels prior to
ten (10) days before the date of the session, no cancellation fee is charged and
a full refund may by granted. No refunds are granted within ten (10) days of
the session for which the registration was made. With notice by email to
Training@NHMSI.com, the paid registration may be transferred to another
participant named in the email. As an alternative to cancellation or transfer,
the registrant may email a notice of intent to postpone his or her attendance to
a later session. The full amount of payment will apply to any other session of
the same course that is scheduled within one (1) year. If prices rise above the
amount originally paid, the registrant must pay the additional difference prior
to attending the later session. NHMS does not guarantee that another session in
the same city will be offered, or that any session at all will be offered,
during that one (1) year period.

Materials provided
and visual presentations shown to the participants in NHMS courses are for the
sole use of the person who has registered and paid for the course. No copying,
reproducing in any form, or sharing of the information and materials is allowed
without the prior written consent of the author, instructor, or administrator
associated with NHMS. Attendees are required to acknowledge and agree to
maintain control of their materials and adhere to these policies.
Attendance Policy: Major national Clients have contributed to the content of the NHMS courses or
have endorsed the quality of the instructional materials and instructors. It is
their expectation that graduates have completed the classroom hours in
attendance and have fully participated in the interactive and informative
examples, case studies, and
review quizzes. Any course participant who leaves a training session early, or
who is absent for a substantial amount of time during the instructional period,
is subject to losing his or her credit for attendance. This decision will be
made at the sole discretion of the instructor or NHMS administration. In cases
where Continuing Education (CE) credit is provided for the purpose of state
license renewal, the CE certification will be forfeited for inadequate
attendance, strictly following the guidelines of the state for CE credit. In no
event will a refund be given if credit is denied due to inadequate attendance.
